The 11th China International Modern Agriculture Expo, jointly sponsored by the Ministry of Commerce of China, the China Agricultural Engineering Society, the China Agricultural International Cooperation Promotion Association, and Beijing Shixin Langpu International Exhibition Co., Ltd., with the support of institutions like the Beijing Academy of Agricultural Science and Technology and the China Agricultural Economic Research Institute, has officially launched its investment promotion campaign.
Scheduled to be held from May 16 – 18, 2020, at the China International Exhibition Center in Beijing, the expo is set to cover an area of 60,000 square meters and host over 2,000 exhibitors. Centered around modern agriculture, it encompasses five key exhibition areas, including the Intelligent Agriculture Exhibition Area and the Facility Agriculture Exhibition Area.
The expo also coincides with several significant events, such as the 2020 China Smart Agriculture Development Conference and the Second Agricultural Science and Technology Innovation Forum. This gathering serves as a crucial platform for industry giants, providing them with an opportunity to contribute to the development of modern agriculture and for industry insiders to stay updated on the latest agricultural trends.
The 10th expo was a great success, with a total exhibition area of nearly 60,000 square meters. It attracted over 1,500 exhibiting companies from 36 countries and regions, more than 40,000 visitors, and over 50 media outlets. It showcased tens of thousands of agricultural products and technologies, from agricultural Internet technology equipment to new products in rural environmental protection.
For the 11th expo, organizers aim to build on previous achievements. They plan to expand domestic and foreign audience channels, increase invitation efforts, and enhance publicity. Staff will visit major agricultural provinces to invite buyers, facilitating more deals between exhibitors and viewers. Additionally, a series of academic conferences and promotion meetings will be held to meet the needs of agricultural professionals. With over 100 media invited to report on the event, the expo promises to increase the brand exposure of participating enterprises.
