GeMinG has introduced the HTD2 electric lifting column, a product designed for medical and work environments, such as hospital beds, nursing home beds, treatment units, and height – adjustable desks.

The HTD2 lifting column stands out with its unique features. It can be controlled by a wireless remote controller for mobile phones, allowing operation as long as the device is within the Wifi range or supports 4G. This makes it a self – supporting, compact, and universal lifting solution.

In terms of performance, the HTD2 has a motor voltage of 12V DC or 24V DC. It can handle a maximum load ranging from 2,000N to 6,000N, with a maximum speed at full load of 22mm/s (at 1,000N load) and a slowest speed at full load of 4.5mm/s (at 6,000N load). The stroke length varies from 200 – 600mm, and its minimum dimensions depend on the stroke. For strokes less than 400mm, it’s Stroke + 180mm, and for strokes over 400mm, it’s Stroke + 200mm.

The HTD2 comes in a silver – gray color, has an IP54 rating, and can operate in a temperature range of -25 °C to +65 °C. It also has a relatively high duty cycle of 25%. Other features include a hall sensor option, a high – strength metallic zinc alloy housing to protect the motor and gear, and built – in non – adjustable limit switches. This new lifting column from GeMinG offers a reliable and efficient solution for various applications in the medical and office equipment sectors.
