HTL6 Lifting mast

  • 5-stage lifting mast
  • Servo motor
  • Protection level: IP65

The HTL6-198 is a five-section electric lifting column / lifting mast designed for radar, 5G antenna, emergency communication, reconnaissance, mobile command, and smart city deployment applications. It adjusts antenna height electrically, with manual operation available when power is unavailable.

Compared with pneumatic lifting systems, the electric lifting structure is less affected by environment, resources, and temperature. Its larger tube diameter, non-rotating structure, self-locking capability, and stable column design help improve wind resistance, orientation accuracy, and reliable all-weather operation.

Typical Applications

  • Radar and 5G antenna height adjustment
  • Emergency communication vehicles and mobile command platforms
  • Reconnaissance and field monitoring equipment
  • Smart city communication and detection systems
  • Temporary communication coverage for disaster relief and major events

Engineering Note

For antenna lifting mast projects, final selection should consider deployment height, wind load, payload, mounting base, power supply, control method, duty cycle, and outdoor protection requirements.

How to Select the Right Lifting Mast?

To recommend the right HTL6 configuration, please confirm:

  • What equipment will be mounted on top?
  • What is the total mounted load?
  • What retracted height is required?
  • What extended height is required?
  • What power supply is available?
  • Do you need manual backup?
  • Will the mast be used outdoors?
  • Is non-rotation required for directional equipment?
  • Do you need single-unit or synchronized control?

Time-Proven Application

Installed in a woodworking saw table in 2017,
this linear actuator remained in continuous service for years without replacement.

In 2025, the same customer reordered the identical model for a new project.
